Hi! I'm Cicely

Hi, I’m Cicely Reich-Staniulis, MS, OTR/L and I am so happy that you are here! I am licensed in both Connecticut and New York and am the founder of Lavender Lane Occupational Therapy, PLLC. My goal is to provide strengths-based, play-based occupational therapy services in a warm, supportive environment for children and families across Northern Fairfield County.

Since 2014, my passion has been helping families blossom by building the confidence and skills children need to truly shine. My journey has included over a decade in the New York City public schools, along with meaningful time in sensory gyms and early intervention programs, supporting wonderful kids from birth all the way through age 21. Whether your child is navigating big feelings, new challenges, or growing in their own unique way, I focus on what makes them shine.

As a certified DIRFloortime therapist, I believe in the magic of joyful, relationship-based play to help little ones master emotional regulation and problem-solving while celebrating their natural interests.

My promise to you is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support that honors your child’s individual strengths, helping them join in the fun at home, school, and everywhere in between. At Lavender Lane, my philosophy is built on a foundation of connection and curiosity. I know that children learn most beautifully through deep relationships and purposeful play. That is why I work hand-in-hand with parents and teachers to ensure the progress we make together ripples through every part of your child’s daily life. My mission is simple: to help your child grow, thrive, and engage with the world around them through small, joyful steps that lead to big milestones.
