Billing Info

Out-of-Network Details

Individualized care remains the priority by operating out-of-network. This allows treatment to be guided by each child’s unique needs rather than insurance mandates. Monthly superbills are provided for families to submit to providers, facilitating potential reimbursement.

About the Superbill Process
Step 1: Attend the Session

You pay for your child's occupational therapy session at the time of service.

Step 2: Receive a Superbill

You will receive a monthly superbill that includes the details needed for insurance reimbursement.

Step 3: Submit to Insurance

Submit the superbill to your insurance company using their preferred process (online portal, email, mail, or app).

Step 4: Insurance Processes the Claim

Insurance reviews the claim and determines if you have out of network benefits for occupational therapy.

Step 5: You May Receive Reimbursement

If approved, your insurance will reimburse you directly based on your plan's out-of-network benefits.

Helpful Tips for Parents
  • Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific insurance plan
  • Contact your insurance company to understand your out-of-network benefits for occupational therapy before your first session.
  • Keep all documentation and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) for your records

Billing Policy

Clients are 100% responsible for payment of all services provided.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Billing & Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide consistent, high-quality care. If your child is feeling unwell on the day of a session, please reach out as early as possible so we can do our best to accomodate and adjust schedules.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that children's schedules and health can be unpredictable. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another family on our waitlist. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee.
